MODULAR DESIGN

WE ARE THE FIRST MANUFACTURER OF HEAT REFLECTIVE SHEETS TO DESIGN AND INTRODUCE the MODULAR DESIGN in South Africa.

Some companies have followed and copied our designs, but our unique sizes and the way our sheets are joined together are tested and proven to be the best designs.

An example for a typical medium sized caravan tent (Jurgens Penta) would be as follows:

The area over the main tent section or rally tent would be +- 4.6m. This excludes the side “flaps” as these are outside the living area of the tent / Ralley awning. All main tent / ralley sections are all approximately 2.4m deep.

A typical reflective sheet would be made up of 1 of +- 4.6m x 2.4m sheet. Should one pitch an extension to the tent or ralley, this is simply covered by another +- 4.6m x 2.4m sheet that is joined together with heavy duty Velcro. This concept is similar to the modular tent design of the newer generation tents and has proven very successful.

Our modular design is also effective for tented trailers such as BUNDU, ECHO, CONQUEROR, HOWLING MOON, and most other tents in the South African market.
